Navert Limited Partnership operates the WowFace app.

This page is used to inform visitors and users regarding our policies about collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collection and Usage

We require you to provide us with certain identifiable information, while using our Service. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you, to improve our app, to enhance our customer service and to evaluate customer needs, reviews etc.

We do NOT create/collect any face data. Face data is never stored remotely, given to third parties, or used for any purposes. The face data only remains on your device, and never leaves your device at any time.

When you use our WowFace App, we will record and collect the following information (collectively, "Analytical Information"):

1. Unique operational identifiers, that allow us to identify a user across multiple devices.

2. Unique advertising identifiers, We use it for advertising as we further describe in this Notice.

3. IP address from which you access the Apps. We can also identify your geo-location via your IP address.

4. Device information, including device type, operating system version, time zone and your preferred languages.

5. Usage information, such as the time and date you accessed the Apps, the features you used, your preferences and for how long you use an App every time you launch it.

3. Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. We use "cookies" on this app. Cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our app. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information.

We can share collected information with domestic service providers and third parties to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. We may use third parties abroad. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Apple store, Google Play store or other sources may share some data with us.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the minors’ usage of the app. If you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, so that we can take necessary actions.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.A

We use your Information for the following purposes:

1. Maintain and improve our Apps;

2. Develop new services and features;

3. Enrich the content and features available on our Apps;

4. Adapt the Apps, its features and functionality to users' preferences;

5. Analysis of marketing efficiency.

The legal basis under EU law for processing and collecting Analytical Data is our legitimate interests in operating our Apps, ongoing management of our business and business development.

You have the right to access, update or delete your Information and obtain a copy of your Information. If you are in the EU, you have the right to access the personal information about you that we store on our systems, and have us update, correct or delete it. You are also entitled to obtain from us your Information (excluding data we obtained from other sources) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another data controller. 9.1. Why is such data processed? Who will be processing the data?

Your consent to collect personal data in the app personalizes your experience (ad and usage) via numerous advertising and analytics partners. It will allow to remember your preferred language choice, show you more targeted ads.

9.2. When will processing take place? How do I withdraw my consent?

Once you agree to collect your personal data, the app starts processing it. Depending on partner type, user data is stored hours or months to enhance your experience in the app and erased once it becomes no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. If you change you mind later to withdraw your consent, you can always opt in by disabling Limit Ad Tracking setting on your mobile device and then revisiting this app. If you consent us and our partners personalizing your experience in a different app, we’ll collect data via that app.

9.3. How do I erase my personal data?

According to EU GDPR law, Controllers have an obligation to delete data that was processed on the basis of consent once that consent is withdrawn. If you no longer desire our service, please apply to s u p p o r t (@) w o w f a c e . n e t and include you IDFA, app’s store URL in email subject and email body.
